Reminder Monday is a public holiday and we will run one 8am class. As always you will have 24/7 access to the gym.

We hit our 1RM’s this week and finish the week off with BLW. Reminder Saturday class will not be on as BLW will be taking place.

There is no extra’s programming this week. IF you miss a 1RM strength test be sure to make up for it in your own time during open gym.
